Guest access:
The property is only accessible by 4WD vehicles.

IMPORTANT: The dirt roads to our house can become impassable, even by large 4WD vehicles, in the event of snow or ice (The locals rely on ATVs). Snow is common January 1 - March 15

If snow or ice is present on the roads, you will need to use a ATV shuttle to access the house. The ATV shuttle costs $20 for each ride to or from the house (i.e. $40 to go to and from the house) and leaves from the Soco Gap Market.

If you cannot use the shuttle, we ask that you cancel your booking or end your stay early when snow or ice is forecasted during your stay. We will fully refund any days missed do to snow or ice. This is for your safety, so you don't get iced-in at the house.

When booking, please include the phrase "I have read your house rules, I understand your access requirements and cold weather policy". Thank you!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
